World Class Shooting range to be build in Lahore

A delegation of the Pakistani army visited the historical Olympic Shooting Range in Garching-Munich which hosted the 1972 Summer Olympics. 
Brig. Iqbal and Lt. Col. Junaid visited the shooting range along with Consul Dr. Poetis.
Mr. Sostmeier, 2. Landesschützenmeister, Bayerische Sportschützenbund e. V., welcomed the delegation. Mr. Horneber, Sports Director of the Bavarian Sport Shooting Association, briefed the delegation about the history and structure of the association. Pakistan’s army is building the country’s second largest and modern shooting range in Lahore. The shooting range will fulfil all the requirements and facilities which are necessary to host Olympic competitions.
Mr. Sostmeier thanked the delegation for their visit and offered the association’s cooperation for the completion of the shooting range in Lahore.
